First Function: Adjust the opening and closing speed of the ground bounce door by adjusting the ground spring.
Firstly use a screwdriver to open the cover of the floor spring of the glass door. Then you can see the two screws that adjust the cushioning speed of the floor spring. One screw corresponds to the closing speed, and the other screw corresponds to the locking speed. These two screws can be adjusted independently. The closing speed range is 90 to 20 degrees. The locking speed ranges from 20 to 0 degrees.
In addition, pay attention to the following two points when adjusting the floor spring.
1. The closing speed is slightly faster than the locking speed. After entering the locking speed, the speed of the door should be slowed down so that it is easier for pedestrians to pass. Then turn the screw with a screwdriver to change the ground spring speed and tension.
2. When turning the screw, your action and strength should be gentle, avoid excessive force to make the screw slip or cause oil leakage and damage to the floor spring. After the adjustment is completed, the cover plate of the floor spring can be installed.
Function Two: Adjust the cushioning effect by adjusting the floor spring
If the buffering effect is too tight, it is mostly caused by insufficient oil in that axis or weakened elasticity. If the axis line between the overhead axis and the floor spring of the glass door is not vertical, when the glass door is used for a long time, the push-pull movement of the door will have a large resistance to the floor spring, and the resistance will gradually increase, and the gap between the shaft and the bearing will increase. The wear and tear will also increase.
Therefore, there will be a gap between the shaft and the bearing, resulting in oil leakage from the shaft. However, under the long-term use of this kind of glass door floor spring, its elasticity will definitely weaken, which is inevitable. If the wear is too severe, it can only be replaced. However, if the wear is not serious, you can add oil or adjust the closing speed and locking speed of the glass door floor spring to solve the problem.
When will the height of the ground bounce door be adjusted? One is that the pop-up door has just been installed, and the other is that it is uneven, so open the door leaf to 90 degrees, and look at the door shaft above the door leaf along the top of the door (the direction of the door leaf). Adjusting the bolt at the right end will cause the door leaf to move, so as to adjust the height of the outer vertical edge of the door leaf.
